1. Shipping Rates
Domestic (India): We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹699. For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Rate Changes: Shipping charges and "Free Delivery" thresholds are subject to change. Customers are advised to review the final costs displayed on the checkout page before completing a purchase.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
Convenience Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹ 50 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders. This fee is charged by our shipping partners for handling cash transactions.
Prepaid Advantage: To avoid the COD fee and enjoy priority processing, we recommend using secure online payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking).
Order Verification: To prevent fraudulent bookings, all COD orders may undergo a mandatory verification via Phone Call or WhatsApp. Gownda.com reserves the right to cancel COD orders if the customer is unreachable.
Maximum Limit: COD is available for orders up to a maximum value of ₹ 1000. For higher-value orders, please use secure online payment methods.
Discounted Shipping: Please note that the "Free Shipping" offer for orders above ₹699 applies only to the Shipping Fee. The COD Convenience Fee remains applicable as it is a service charge.
3. Delivery Timelines & Estimates
Indicative Timelines: All delivery dates shown on our website, mobile apps, or advertisements are estimates only, based on your Pincode and data provided by our courier partners.
No Guarantees: Gownda.com does not guarantee next-day, same-day, or delivery within a specific number of days unless explicitly stated as a "Guaranteed Service" on a specific product page.
Factors Affecting Delivery: Actual timelines may vary due to courier performance, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unexpected logistical disruptions.
Pandemic Clauses: Delivery timelines will be longer than normal during COVID-19 or other pandemic situations.
Verification: COD orders may require a one-time verification via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
4. Order Integrity & Pricing
Price Tampering: We strictly prohibit the ordering of products with tampered prices (via technical exploits or undiscovered means). Gownda.com will not ship any item where price integrity has been compromised and reserves the right to cancel such orders immediately.
5. Shipping Partners & Third-Party Terms
Logistics Control: Since shipments are handled by third-party partners, their specific terms and conditions also apply to your delivery.
International & Inter-State Shipments: For shipments outside of our primary hub or international borders, Gownda.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any additional duties, taxes, and fees imposed by local authorities.
6. Tracking & Address Accuracy
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
Address Errors: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information or unreachable contact numbers provided by the customer.
7. Damaged & Tampered Packages
Safety First: If you receive a package that appears opened or heavily tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Verification: As per our Return Policy, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to ensure any transit damage is documented for a swift resolution.
