Refund & Return Policy
At Gownda.com, we strive to provide the purest Moringa supplements. Due to the consumable nature of our products (Powder, Tablets, and Capsules), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure health and safety standards.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or Used Products: Once the seal is broken, products cannot be returned or refunded.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you no longer want the product after delivery.
2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following exceptional cases:
Damaged in Transit: The bottle or pouch is punctured or broken upon arrival.
Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
Expired Product: The product received is past its 'Best Before' date.
3. Mandatory Proof for Evaluation
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide the following within 24 hours of delivery:
Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited video of you opening the package for the first time.
Clear Images: High-resolution photos of the shipping label and the specific defect (e.g., broken seal or expiry date).
Evaluation: Our quality team will review the provided video/images. Refunds will only be processed if the damage/error is verified as a transit or warehouse fault.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For COD orders, we will request your bank details for a manual transfer.
