Refund & Return Policy

 
Due to the consumable nature of Moringa powder, tablets, and capsules, products are non-returnable once the safety seal is broken, with returns only accepted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours. At Gownda.com, we strive to provide the purest Moringa supplements. Due to the consumable nature of our products (Powder, Tablets, and Capsules), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure health and safety standards.

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or Used Products: Once the seal is broken, products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you no longer want the product after delivery.

2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • We only offer refunds or replacements in the following exceptional cases:

    1. Damaged in Transit: The bottle or pouch is punctured or broken upon arrival.

    2. Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.

    3. Expired Product: The product received is past its 'Best Before' date.


3.  Mandatory Proof for Evaluation

  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide the following within 24 hours of delivery:

    • Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited video of you opening the package for the first time.

    • Clear Images: High-resolution photos of the shipping label and the specific defect (e.g., broken seal or expiry date).

    • Evaluation: Our quality team will review the provided video/images. Refunds will only be processed if the damage/error is verified as a transit or warehouse fault.

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • For COD orders, we will request your bank details for a manual transfer.
